The Olivia Shrine

So...I've realized that my blog has turned into an Olivia shrine ever since I've been pregnant with her. I guess that's what happens when you have kids because your whole life changes with that one tiny person.
Well, here's more of Olivia. She learned to roll over from her back to her tummy on September 15, and then started rolling from her tummy to her back the very next day! She doesn't stop rolling...if you put her down, she rolls. She can only roll in one direction, so it's really funny to watch her roll across the living room. Here's a video of her on the first day she rolled over (I only caught the end of her roll). I'll have to get a better video of her rolling.

We also caught her laughing on video. Of course, she laughed a lot more before we got the camera, then didn't laugh nearly as much once we had it, but I figured people would enjoy hearing the little bit we caught, especially the grandparents.

I can't believe she is going to be 4 months next week! Time has gone by so fast. She is getting so big! I know it's a cliche to say, but I can't help but say it because it's so true....they just grow up so fast!

Learning New Things

I don't have much time right now to give details on the things I've missed blogging about, but I'll do that later. I just wanted to post these videos of Olivia. She has been trying so hard to roll over. She just can't seem to figure out how to get her arm out of her way. The first 2 videos were taken this past Wednesday. The last one was taken Friday. When you see her give up in the second video, you'll see her comfortable position: on the back, hands in mouth, and legs bent like a frog. In the last video, you'll hear that she becomes frustrated that she can't make it all the way over. (FYI: I always lay her down in the middle of the blanket, but she squirms and moves herself all around...that's why she's hanging off the blanket.)
