Well, Paul and I had plans to invite a few friends over to our place to celebrate the New Year, but we slacked and never fell through with our plans. On New Year's Eve morning, we thought we were going to be ringing in the New Year with just each other. But then my phone rang!!!! It was our friends Daniel and Rose! They wanted to know if we had any plans or knew of anything that was going on. We told them we were losers and had no plans and knew nothing...haha! So the four of us went to dinner, then came back to Paul's and my apartment where we played games and of course had the t.v. on in the background with all the New Year festivities going on in NYC. We rang in the New Year together drinking bubbling apple cider. YEAH! It was probably the quietest New Year I have ever had, but it was still tons of fun. Yay for friends and a new year to start over :)

It's a Brand New Year!

Ditto to the Yay for Friends! Without them, my life would be a lot duller, especially with my children all grown and gone.
